Week of 4/6 - 4-10
Hey BIS Digital Art Peeps!
In order to do any of this class you will need: A computer, internet access, and Adobe Illustrator. This class will work on a Chromebook. All of this information is on the previous page along with instructions for accessing, saving, downloading, and turning in work.
Assignment 1 is on the previous page, some of you have already successfully completed it.
This is the beginning of this weeks agenda:
Some of you started this the week before they dismissed school, some of you have not done any of this.Open up the Illustrator program. At the top of the page in the Help tab, go to Illustrator Tutorials. Choose beginner, and watch the following videos, and follow along.
- Take a tour of Illustrator
- Learn how to zoom and pan
- Create a new document
- Save your work
- Draw simple shapes
- Create lines
- Combine Shapes
I am including Supplemental videos which YOU NEED TO WATCH. Some of the things I am asking you to do consist of two projects on two artboards on one document. If you do not understand this, go back and rewatch the "Create a New Document" introductin video.
